How long does a typical tiling job take?

It depends on the size and type of job, but as a rough guide a bathroom usually takes three to five days and a kitchen splashback often a day or two. We'll give you a realistic timescale with your quote so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

Absolutely. We're fully insured with public liability cover, so you and your home are protected throughout the work. We're happy to share our certificate on request.

Do you supply the tiles, or do I?

Either works. Many customers choose their own tiles and we fit them, while others ask us to source quality tiles and materials on their behalf. We'll happily advise on what suits your room, budget and the way it'll be used.

When and how do I pay?

For most jobs there's nothing to pay until the work is finished and you're completely happy. On larger projects we may agree a small deposit for materials up front. We'll always set out the payment terms clearly in your quote — no surprises.
